Hello. I'm trying to import a text file that was made by someone else into director. I've tried both ImportInto and the fileIO extra, but I still have the same problem. When the text imports, it puts a bunch of odd characters in front of all the lines (like |, !, []). Note that this is a normal .txt file. I want the creepy characters to go away! I just want the good ole text, no formatting.
