Importing a tab separated text into access 97 with a name that varies

Hello

I am using Access 97 and am trying to make a macro that will import a tab separated text document when I click a button. The problem I'm having is that the name of the text document changes ona daily basis. For example today it was called "Recon 07-21-04" tomorrow it will be called "Recon 07-22-04". I am kind of new at this so I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Instead of macro consider VBA.
Take a look at the DoCmd.TransferText method and at the Format and Date functions.
