Thanks for this - yup it's a good start - but the field mapping is somewhat a dark art involving the need for named ranges (with no help apparent on if named ranges should include headers, recommended naming etc). I found that it became a whole lot simpler if I saved my file as a CSV file and imported that - then the mapping of my import file's fields to the Outlook fields was just a very straightforward case of drag and drop.
