I have a yearly attendance database built for our plant. Each year we put out a new clean copy and save the old ones for reference should we need them. I have a report that calculates an employees points for absences and credits for good attendance. The problem is each year we have to manually input carryover points to the new db. How can I import this calculation to populate the carryover field in the new db to avoid manually entering 350 employees points that will be carried over into the new year? I haven't given any sample code because I am not sure even where to start.
