Importing a PDF two up

Hi,

I have a 9x7in PDF document of a finished manual which needs to be created as two up 9x7 document on A3 paper stock. But each page needs to be a mirror image of itself, so you have two up of the same page. I can do this manually but is there a faster/automated way of doing this? Im using Indesign 4.0.5, can this be done?
