important or trash files??

I am troubleshooting backups at our company and have a questions about somefiles. They are :<br><br>&nbsp;m:\program files\citrix\resource management\workdir\crms_260<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;crms_112 etc<br><br>Are these actual logs , data files or maybe temp files that the program swaps data to while running???<br><br>We use ArcserveIT 6.x and these are always open files. I am trying to make sure all the servers important files are backed up. <br><br>Thank you for any info. <br><br>Mike <br>
