Importaing Photshop File in Flash 1

I am trying to important a file I made in photoshop into flash. I have saved it as a .jpeg and it comes in fine. The problem is I need the files have a transperent background. Is there anyway to do this whithout remaking the whole project?

jpeg's cannot have transparent backgrounds. you'll need to reopen your jpeg in photoshop and go to file&gt;&gt;export&gt;&gt;GIF89 to export as a GIF. you can slect transparent as your background since it will be a GIF.
