Import Wizard CE10

I'm trying to import same .car reports created from Crystal analysis to a new server win2k. When using the import wizard i get the error message for import the .car reports
Failed to create a new Analysis Report. Reason: One or more arguments are invalid.
I'm using CE10. Both servers use the same version of CE.
Does anyone know how to resolve the problem
