Hello,
I'm using BOE XI Release 2 Import Wizard. I'm running the Import Wizard from the destination server (e.g. NewBOEServer). The source server, (e.g. OldBOEServer) is version BOE XI. I'm getting this error after providing the logon information for the Source Server: "You have logged on as a user that is not a system administrator. You will not be able to import, user groups or object rights." The login account for OldBOEServer has administrator privileges for both OldBOEServer and NewBOEServer servers. It also has administrator privilege in BOE Central Management Console for both oldBOEServer and NewBOEServer. Can you tell me what security setting I'm missing?
Thank you.

Some of the settings in the IMPORT Wizard require the "God-Like" powers of the ADMINISTRATOR account from ENTERPRISE.

Sub-groups and other accounts just don't work for certain features.

You're absolutely correct. I used the BOE Administrator account and the import worked. The BOE documentation is actually not very clear. I thought it was referring to the machine administrator account.
Thank you.
