I have one w2000 server and loading a second one. I have exported the users from the current server but need to know how to import them into the new server. They are not in active directory. They are local users. If I knew where the file was kept on the server that would help.
Help!!

How did you export the users? You can use ADDUSERS.exe from the ResKit, to add users from a comma-delimited file.

Yes, it's exported as a comma-delimited file and currently sitting on the new servers desktop, just waiting to be used! Do you have a way to import it?

Yes, as stated above use ADDUSERS.exe.

Copy addusers.exe and the file containing your users to the root directory. Run CMD and type addusers /c users.txt /p:ec

To view what addusers.exe can do type addusers /?
