Import Text File

Hi,
I have text file in a format like:
d1099999031102B2000770351551
d2099999031102B2000050541520

this line is assembled from 8 fields and it should be
imported to a table.
How do I deal with it?

Any help is appreciated!!!!

on the file menu select get external data and follow the prompts
let us know if you have any problems

I tried it from the menu before and didn't saw it's possible to separate the line to fields. Is it?
And any way, I need it to work from code.
