import specification problems

can anyone help me to create an import specification in Access. i cannot seem to find the advanced tab that is ususally used to create the import specification.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
File - Get external data - import
then choose the file that will be imported using the spec
Then choose 'Advanced' at the bottom left

that should do it
