import Simply Accounting data into Access 2000 1

Has anyone had any experience with importing Simply Accounting data into Microsoft Access 2000?

I have no experience with Simply Accounting, but want to find out if this is possible. Perhaps a 2 stage import - first into Excel and then into Access?

I have an application that gets data directly from Simply Accounting. The SA database (at least the one I'm working with) is just an Access database with an SDB extension instead of MDB. Similarly, the security file has an SDW extension instead of MDW.

You can connect to it the same as any other Access database.
