Import RTF and keep formating

How can I import an RTF or any file for that matter and keep the formating of all the text?

We publish a physical magazine with InDesign and we are wanting to put the articles on the web. We are using a CMS and only need the text in its formated state e.g. bold/italics/etc...

Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

Instaed of simply pasted the text into the page, select edit/paste special (or Shift+Ctrl+V). This will give you some additional pasting options. Don't know if you'll find what your looking for, but it may help.
