Import (relocate) .sql file to another mysql server.

Experts,
I dumped a database from my Webhost to a .sql file. I need to be able to convert that file back to table formats that mysql can see.
I'm trying to relocate my php website to a local server. The website is in place and mysql is installed properly. I just need to know how to convert the file.
