import "file as" problem

Hi, I have a small problem when importing contacts from a .CSV file. I set up my default "file as" option for my contacts to file contacts as Company, Last Name, First Name. When I import a list of contacts, it files them as just Last Name First Name. Is there any way to set up outlook(2003) to file contacts when they are imported as company, last name, first name when importing instead of having to go back and change each individual one later?
