Hi all, I am creating a database for work, that the data is being created through another program and I have to get that data into my database every month for financial analyst of the department. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this process easier. I was planning on just importing the information into the database every month. I know there is an easier way to import the necessary information every month.

It depends on the file type and formatting of the file but if it's something like a CSV file or unformatted Excel spreadsheet have a look at DoCmd.TransferText or TransferSpreadsheet in VBA help.
