I'm getting a .CSV file that has contact information from some advertising that an external company is doing for us. When they send the files to us we have to import them and custom map each one (First Name, Last Name, Company etc...) because the name fields are alittle different. It takes awhile to do and I was wondering if there is a way to set up some sort of user definied way to import the contacts so that I wouldn't have to custom map each one every time. Can anyone help??
