Import Payroll Data

I have a Access Database that records are timesheets. Currently the accounts departments has to re-enter all the data into MAS 90. I can create an export of the data from my program but I dont know how to import it into MAS.

I think that I need to use the Visual Integrator but dont know what fields I need or what format it should be.

If anyone can shed any light on this for me that would be great.
