Import outlook contacts to phone system

Hey guys. - IPO 500 v2 8.1 9611 phones.

Is it possible to take personal contacts form outlook 2010 and import them into the personal contacts on the phone?

I'm thinking it's kind of a shot in the dark, but I've been proven wrong many times before

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

The USB Companion Tool (

6.2.x) can be used to do this. Export the contacts from outlook, put them on a USB stick (using this application), plug the USB into the 9611G/9641G, and import them into the personal contacts.

The IPO is able to use LDAP so it should be possible.

I gave that a try and get the your usb device is not supported and power limit is exceeded. running 9611g's with the IEEE setting turned on "H".

We have LDAP setup to grab from the AD so we have everyone listed.

Does anyone have a suggestion for getting the USB to work with 9611g phones? I upgraded to latest firmware, have the IEEE setting on H. Formated my flashdrive to FAT and FAT32 tried both.

Still no luck, is there a certain size the flashdrive needs to be? Maybe I'm missing something.

The USB on 96xx phones is not supported on IP Office.

They deliberately cripple/omit some features on the IP Office so it makes the CM/Aura look better, they do it quite a lot

Upgrade to R9! You can import personal contacts via csv now.
