Hi

I found an Access database that let you point to a directory (in a form) where you graphic files were kept ad upload them all at once. I lost the file and I cannot find it on the web. So

1. Does anyone know of a sample database out there that does this..
2. if not any ideas how I can do this, the pictures will be part of a data input form (pictures need to be viewed whilst putting data in), and then we need to report the data and print or email the report.

Thanks

Sorry to tell you... that whole process won't be so simple.

There are ways to import images into a form.

There are ways to store images in a table.

Are you looking to just "find" a database as you said, or are you wanting to learn how to build such?

If this is a form-related question, then please specify what you want to ask about an Access database form. Otherwise, please do some thinking about what you really want. If you're just looking for a pre-built database, then you'll have to search the web for that one. If you're looking for design help or help with technical issues, then post in the appropriate forum for each question.

Here's a search listing that shows all the MS Access forums.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. I had found an example database, so was wondering if anyone else had come across it becuase I lost the Db and could not find the link again..

My intention is to find a solution and then I need to put it into a live situation. I will try some other forums like you suggest.

Thanks
