Import of Sample database.

hi all,
I have reportnet running on my laptop...running just fine. I have oracle 9i. I tried to follow the "sample databases(gosl.dmp etc)" setup given in the documentation but I am losing it or may be the documentation is not that clear.
If anyone has done this successfully in the past, I will need help. Please help me!!!
