Import Notes data into Outlook

Our company may be switching from Lotus Notes 6.5 to MS Outlook. I'm doing some research into our options for getting all of our contacts/messages & folders converted from Notes to Outlook.
I've googled, and see tons of products out there.
Has anyone purchased and used a program for this?
Any suggestions or recommendations?
