Import Netscape 7 address book

I have a new computer with Netscape 7 and Windows XP. I want to import the address book from my old computer which runs Netscape 7 and Windows 2000. I believe the name of the address book file on the old computer is abook.mab.

I can't find a file named abook.mab on the new computer.

Netscape 7 offers to import address books, but not from Netscape 7.

Any suggestions?
