Import Manager Fixed Width TxT - How??

Hey all:

I'm having trouble with a fixed width text file. I need to get this file working as an integration source. However, I dont know how to set the fixed width delimiter - when I select 'space' delimiter then I get an error when I click on 'columns' saying that the Jet Select statement failed to detect the columns and that the delimiter settings are probably wrong. I get the same error when I select 'other' and put spaces in the text field next to 'other'. I dont see anywhere to set 'fixed witdth' in the integration source setup.
How do I setup a fixed width text file integration manager source??
