Import into Sybase Central 4.3

I have a database that was created in Sybase Central 3.2 and I am now trying to view it in Sybase Central 4.3, but it won't let me import that database, and I can't copy it to a folder in the sybase directory because I can't even figure out how the databases are saved.

The database file I want to import is in a .db format.
