import information from Excel as a table in Crystal 7

When I try to bring an Excel file or an Access Table I receive the error IDAPI Error: Cannot locate ODAPIxx.DLL. Once I click OK I get Error opening file. "D:\PoolMargin.mdb" could not be opened. Please choose again.
I receive this when I try either Excel or Access.
