Import group members from mail group to security group in AD

Is it possible to import group members from mail group (Exchange 2003) to security group in AD (MS server 2003)?
And if so how do I do it?
 
Are you looking to just duplicate the members or change the grout type?

You could use the following script to get your list of users and then paste that into your new group.
