Import GAL from 2003 to a new list in 2007

We have another office which is completely seperated from our domain. Is it possible to export their exchange 2003 address list and import as a new address book in our exchange 2007?

I have found how to export the GAL from 2003 but can't find out how to add it to our GAL.
