If you are only trying to get the addresses into Sidekick then you should be able to just save / Export them from Outlook in
Tab delimited *.txt form or
comma separated *.csv form
and then just open Sidekick and Import them.
If it is the calendar too that you wish to get into Sidekick then you will need to save it in an earlier version of Outlook.

I would suggest that it might be a better idea to Use Sidekick98 rather than Sidekick99 if you read (click on the link):
