Import from HTML 4.0

anybody knows how to import HTML 4.0 into Access? It seems that stock converter doesn't like it. I can't go past XML type header:<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC &quot;-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN&quot;> and mistakes it dor the actual data. Any ideas, guys?
