I have 2 worksheets I need to import into one access table. My problem is that one of the excel sheets is set up in such a manner that I do not know how to incorporate all the records into one table without loosing which particular townships fall under a given County.

Sheet #1 list records that fall under a particular county with a preceeding period. Such as:

Huron County
.Patchson Township
.Monroe Township

Alger County
.Smithville Township

Sheet #1 list records such as:

Cass Village
Unionville Village
Sebewaing Village

I do not know how to pull the two spreadsheets into one access table w/o loosing which township falls under which county from Sheet #1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, goslincm!

I believe the structure of the Excel sheet has to match (pretty much) the structure of the Access table. Can you change the Excel sheet #1? You could add a column for township which would be blank.
