I have a photograph that was sent to me in the body of an email (no attachment). I cannot copy/paste or save it in any way that will let me get it into Photoshop. Is there a process so I can open it in Photoshop?

Have you tried to right click on the image and then save?

Chances are the image is low resolution anyways, so why not just take a screen shot and then open it Photoshop and cleanup the image.

Just hit your PRNT SCRN/PRINTSCREEN key. This key is located in the upper row above your arrow keys. This copies what is displayed on your monitor to the clipboard. Now open Photoshop and open a NEW document using the default size it shows you. Then PASTE. It will paste the image from the clipboard onto a new layer. Then you can crop or do whatever to your resulting image. Hope this works for you.
