Hi,

I am working with an excel tool, which imports numerical data from a Bloomberg terminal. Unfortunely it doesn t do it correctly anymore and I want to figure out why that is the case. For import, it uses an .xla which i don t know. The unfortunate thing is that I don t know what add-in is able to import Bloomberg data, so that i cannot inform myself how this thing works. How to figure this out?
Or is there anyone who can give me a hint how to import data from a bloomberg terminal into excel?
I hope I am in the right forum for this. I did not find a Bloomberg forum :)

Thanks and greetings
John

An .xla (excel add in) is a VB file. Perhaps the VB 6.0 or the Visual Basic for Applications forum would be a good place for someone to help you debug this Visual Basic error.

They will want specific information as to what it used to do and what is does now.
