Import flash movie to go direct to a frame

I have imported a flash movie that lets you scroll through text and highlight the text. What I would like to know is when you click on the highlighted text and would like it to be able to go to a frame in director but I am not sure what the lingo is. I would need to write this within the flash move and when you click on the button I would like to go to frame (3) etc. Any suggestions!!!

I am not sure how to implement this in Flash within field text, but I have always used a get url action in Flash to implement Director commands. In the line for the get url action where you write the url write:
lingo:go to frame 3
