Import Fixed Width File Wizard - File limitations

I have a file with a large number of fields and was trying to create a fixed width file specification.

It was working well until I got to the 62nd field and Start field 77. Now, I can add the additional field but when I save the specification, any fields past no 62 disappear.

Saw from the other threads that there are field and character limits but these are much higher than this level.

Thanks for your thoughts.
