Import/export gone in 2003

Normally, its under File-Import/export. Its not there, its not anywhere. This is the firs time the person tried to use it so no idea if it has been there.
Checekd for any bugs, couldnt locate any on MS technet page.
Any help is appreciated.

Well, I fixed it...
They sent me screen shot of File expanded, no Import/Export. But what I did notice behind it was they had an email open...well duh, thats why...
Closed that, opened File and there it was.
