Import Excel Table and Prompt for Location/File Name

Can I set up a macro or code to import an Excel spreadsheet and have the user be prompted for the Excel file name. The data format will always be the same however the file name will change each week? ie, data041904, data042604, etc.

I tried the transferspreedsheet but it requires a file name.
