Import data function in express version

I am using SQL Server Management Studio Express.but I can not see the import/export data function.

I want to make sure if I can use the function in the free version tool.

You can't.
If you mean right click Tasks->Import/Export.
You have to code this by yourself in Query editor.
You don't expect to have full functionality of the payed version, don't you?

I have many tables and it is impossible for writing queries.

Buy SQL Server Developer Edition. I think it costs about $60.
