import data from one company to another

I have created a new company (entity) in great plains with a name CTA . We would like to import only fianancial batches in to the new company including history from an old entity CQS but not any other modules data like
Purchasing or payables or receving which we have in place.

Can any body guide please

I would restore the CSQ company into this new conpany and then I would clear the data from the module you don't need using - File - Maintenance - clear data.
