Hi,

I am trying to import a data set from an old version of our program. I have a set of tables that have gotten new fields inserted, moved around, and validity checks added. What would be the best/easiest way to move the data from the old Access db to the new one?

Thanks in advance.

Import the old tables into your nes db but with different (or prefixed, i.e. oldTableName) names.

Then write and rnu a series of append and update queries to move and modify the data from your old tables into your new table structure.
