Import csv file into Outlook to update Calendar info

Hi All

I have a Leave Calendar in Outlook 2010.

I have created a CSV file in excel and I am trying to find some code to Import the file to update Leave Dates.

Does anyone have somewhere for me to start.

Thanks n advance...
