Import COGNOS Series 7 macro into VB

Hello Guys,
I have a COGNOS Script Macro (VB derivate), which runs fine. Now I have to import it to VB. But i'am new in VB.
I knew, I have to declare a *.dll or something like that.
Does anyone has a code sample or can tell me how to solve my problem.
