Import all rows from text except last three lines

I am trying to import a csv file into Access 2000 that is spooled from Oracle that has the following format:

A.FIELD1||','||B.FIELD2||','||B.FIELD3
--------------------------------------
Value1,Value2,Value3
Value4,Value5,Value6

2 rows selected.

I actually have 2 questions:
1) Is it possible to replace these headings with something more useful?
2) Can I import everything except the last row (containing "2 rows selected.&quot?
