import all e-mail and attachments from one outlook to another

It sounds like you are just downloading mail to your .pst file. So then all you would need to do is copy your PST file from one machine to another and then configure Outlook to use the .pst file for your profile.
You did not mention which version of Outlook was being used so I can't get much more specific. joegz
