import Act! 4.0 into Access

Hello Pccoordinator,
I'm going to presume that you want to import just the contact data information (Name, Company, Phone, etc). Before you can import the information you have to export it out of ACT!.
<File> select <Data Exchange> (I think, I'm away from my usual computer) then <Export Data>.
A Wizard will then walk you through exporting the data. I would suggest you export it as a text file. That way if you need to clean up the data before moving to Access it can be done in Excel.
