I needed to create a SQL backend for an Access 2007 database so I used Microsoft 2008 SQL Server Management Studio Import/Export option to import Access tables. All appeared to go smoothly – no errors, but I noticed the Primary keys and default values for the tables did not transfer. I added them to a table with no problem but I really don’t want to do this for all 25 tables.

Is there a way to import the Access tables including the primary key and default value for each table?

This is new for me and I would appreciate any help.
