import a Sharepoint datasheet view into Access 2003

On Sharepoint I have a folder containing 254 subfolders, each of the 254 subfolders represent counties. For each of the counties folders, there can be several documents. For each document there are several columns. I need to get the datasheet view of each county subfolder. When I import into Access 2003 get the datasheet view for each of the 254 counties. I only want to import one county at a time. Please assist.
