import 200 names to a global group

Can anyone tell me how to import 200 names to global group at once. I have the names in an excel spreadsheet.
I know you can do it one by one, but that is very painsteaking.

I may be missing something here but cant you just copy and paste the information?

You may have to save the spreadsheet as text first though.


Remember: Backups save jobs!!!
