implicit view domain not assign to user administrator

Hi all
ENMS 10.5
I configured a seed and view domains and run the discovery after discovering the network , I tried to run the seed again there was an error saying that the "name of the implicit view domain" is not assigned to the administrator so the seed is ignored, trying to define new seed same error, assigned all the view domains to the administrator still the error.
any idea
